That’s why our rates are highly competitive with the rest of the industry- and why we make it our mission to help provide you with the most value possible.
All-Day Rates
All-day rentals are from 6am to 10pm.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining half due two weeks (fourteen days) before the event. A Credit Card Authorization Form will also be sent out during this time to hold a card on file for the $400 security deposit, which will only be charge if after accessing the venue after your event, the terms and conditions of the contract is breached, damages occur or extra cleaning is required after the rental.
